Enduring Fitness  is the home to Fitness Competitor, Coach and Personal Trainer Melissa Crowther.

Melissa is the 2017 NSW IFBB Bikini Open Champion, the NSW IFBB Masters Champion, the National IFBB Masters Bikini Champion and the IFBB South Pacific/Oceania Masters Bikini Champion

I took a keen interest in the human body all those years ago, and to this day am still as intrigued and fascinated by the what our bodies can do, as I was back then. I have over 15 years experience in the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach and have a Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness (Personal Trainer).

I have a adopted an ‘evidence based’ approach to health and fitness and have attended many specialty courses and lectures from industry experts and top scientists in their fields such as Dr. Layne Norton, Alan Aragon, Glute specialist Bret Contreras, Eric Helms, Brad Schoenfeld and many others.

I use a fusion of science based methods and practical application in my dietary and training recommendations to my clients. I also promote a Flexible Dieting approach to nutrition (otherwise known as IIFYM – If It Fits Your Macros). I believe this to be one of the most sustainable approaches to nutrition and a style that most people easily adapt to and maintain throughout their lives.

My specialties include body re-composition (fat loss and muscle gain), through the combination of a sustainable healthy diet and structured, easy to follow weight training regimes. I also provide Competition Preparation for Bikini and Fitness Model Athletes and take on a very limited number each season for my team the “Enduring Fitness Angels”.

My absolute love and passion is building the glutes! You can read more of my story on glutes in my blog, but if your goal is to build your booty, then I’m your girl! I have dedicated the past few years to learning as much as I can about glute training and applying that knowledge to build my own glutes significantly over the last few years. Stay tuned for some amazing booty building programs to come in the near future too!
